Policies
Fees and Payments:
I accept checks, cash and most major credit cards. Your monthly fee is due at the beginning of each session.
Rescheduling and Missed Appointments:
If you need to reschedule a session, please give me as much advanced notice as possible. I will do my best to be flexible about rescheduling. If you miss a scheduled session without notifying me within 24 hours, you will be charged for that session.
Sessions:
Sessions are 50 minutes long, unless we arrange something else. If you are late for a scheduled session, the remainder of the scheduled time will still be available to you. However, if I have other appointments, I may not be able to give you a full 50 minutes.
Phone Availability:
My regular phone hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm. Calls received after 6pm weekdays or during the weekend will be returned the following business day. I check my voicemail frequently.
